Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada upholds the necessity to implement ethics of the relations between coalition and opposition in the course of the division of the committee and offices in the Parliament. "I agree to the fact that ethics of relations should be proclaimed. It is necessary to enumerate the democratic traditions", the Head of the Parliament stated.
According to his words, clause 81 of the Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, for the moment of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine formation and for the moment of the committees formation there are proportional division of committees and committee offices though the opposition representatives have the right to chose the committees. V. Lytvyn declares that it is necessary to be aware of one fact "if the parliamentary committees are rearranged, The Verkhovna Rada will be paralyzed for two months at least."
He is convinced that "despite al these declarations there is another process one can chose another way: complete vacant places that are to be divided between this or that party." He also stated that among 150 People´s Deputies running for several offices have always been someone unsatisfied", - V. Lytvyn emphasised.
